Ask Help center a Drop Radar question

Get a clear answer, follow-up steps, and relevant guide articles without leaving the app.

Open a conversation

Tap the ? above the map’s zoom controls to open Help center, then choose Chat. Ask in ordinary language, such as “How do I pause alerts from one store?” or “Why did this report count as a tip?”

Drop Radar Helper can explain the app, guide a missing-store or pin correction, and help submit a card show or game store event. Older app versions may label the responder Drop Radar help.

Keep the question useful

Say what you are trying to do and the screen or message you see. Keep answering in the message box at the bottom; Reply continues the same conversation. You can ask for a shorter explanation, one step at a time, or more detail. The assistant focuses on Drop Radar and will redirect unrelated questions.

Use the guide as well

Guide contains the same public instructions in browsable articles. Follow article links in an answer if you want the full steps. The assistant can make a mistake, so tell it when a control or description does not match your screen.

If a reply takes too long

A stalled reply should show a message asking you to try again instead of leaving you waiting. Send your question again in the same conversation, or use Guide while you wait. Location and event requests you already submitted stay saved and continue through their own review.

Hide or finish

Use X to hide the sheet and return to the map. Reopening it while the app stays running returns to the same discussion. Finish the discussion when you are done to leave an optional rating and feedback.

Quitting the app cancels the current chat; the next launch starts a fresh discussion. It does not cancel a location request you already submitted. Submitted event requests also keep being reviewed and can still send outcome alerts. On versions with events, iPhone groups these under My submissions; Android has My locations and My events. Older versions call the location list My locations.

Know its limits

The assistant explains the app and guides missing-location or pin-correction reports. It does not promise live retailer inventory, operate your account for arbitrary requests, or replace the report composer for current stock observations.

Ask about the result, not just the steps

You can ask what an action changes: whether an off-site update counts as a tip, whether clearing alerts stops future alerts, or whether a schedule suggestion creates a drop. If an answer misses that distinction, say which part you meant and include it in the conversation feedback.

Still need a hand? Open the ? on the map for in-app help, or contact support.
