Describe what you were trying to do, the exact message, your device and app version, and your @handle when account context is needed. For a location problem, include the store name and full address. Include a screenshot only after checking it for private information.

Never send your password, one-time authentication code, recovery key, or payment-card information. You can describe whether you use Apple or Discord without sharing credentials.
