Choose the right way to share information
Current stock, a recurring schedule, an aisle tip, a listing correction, and a bug each have their own place.
I know what is happening right now
Use Report a drop or Quick stock update for stock, sold-out items, a line, a vendor currently there, or another current observation. Choose the exact store or vending machine and collectibles you checked. If you are away, the report counts as a lower-influence tip.
I think something is about to happen
Send a heads up from the store page when you see a line forming or hear a vendor is expected, but nothing is out yet. It shows as a possible drop so others can decide whether to go. Once stock is out, report the drop.
I know a usual restock time or where the cards are
Use Restock schedule for likely recurring days and time windows, even without hard proof. Use Where to look for an aisle, counter, or section. Both live on the store page and are separate from current stock. The optional schedule note is private; a where-to-look note is public without your name after review.
I know the business exists or what it normally carries
Use the store’s community confirmation to share your first-hand knowledge of its storefront and usual collectible categories. This does not assert today’s stock. Use the issue-report action if the listing is online-only, residential, closed, or otherwise incorrect.
A location is missing or its pin is wrong
Use Help center → Chat for a guided missing-location or pin-correction request. Provide public business details, review the location, and tap Submit location. Stock reports do not add stores or move map pins.
The app is broken or I have an idea
Use Settings → Report a bug for a broken control or error, and Suggestions for a new feature or improvement. A post in Feed can start a conversation, but it does not create one of these tracked requests.
