Terms of Service

Updated October 5, 2026

Using Drop Radar

Drop Radar is a service from Warsong Studios for discovering and reporting in-person collectible activity. These terms apply to our mobile apps, website and beta program. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and in the United States to participate in the beta. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

Accounts and beta access

  • Use accurate application information, protect your sign-in account and do not impersonate others. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Let us know if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access.
  • Beta access is subject to acceptance, available capacity and supported devices. iPhone builds use TestFlight; Android builds use Google Play testing when available. An accepted Android application still needs tester access for the Google account used to install the app.
  • The beta is pre-release software. Features may change, testing may pause, and bugs or data resets may occur. Joining means you intend to try the app and share feedback during testing. Keep unreleased features private unless we say they are public.
  • The beta has no payments. Future paid features, prices and purchase terms will be disclosed before a purchase is required; joining the beta does not authorize a charge.

Community rules

  • Report what you actually observe. Do not fabricate evidence, manipulate reputation or spam.
  • No buying, selling, trading, solicitation or scams on the platform.
  • No harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, illegal content or disclosure of someone else's private information. Do not post content you lack permission to share.
  • Respect stores, staff, other collectors and local rules. Do not trespass or use the app while driving. Follow your chosen navigation service and real-world road conditions.
  • Do not bypass access controls, abuse APIs, interfere with the service or attempt to obtain private verification photos or other users' private data.

Content and permission to operate the service

You retain rights you have in your content. By submitting it, you give Warsong Studios permission to store, process, moderate, display and distribute it as needed to provide the features you use. Public posts and shared content can be viewed or copied by others; download settings apply where offered. Private verification photos are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and are not licensed for public display. You may remove supported content or request account deletion.

The app, its original artwork and other service materials belong to Warsong Studios or their respective owners. We permit you to use the service for its intended purpose while you comply with these terms. Retailer and collectible brand names identify relevant stores or products; they do not imply sponsorship or guaranteed availability.

Reports, AI and availability

Community reports, store hours, schedules, confidence indicators and route estimates can be incomplete or out of date. A verified report is an assessment of submitted evidence, not a promise of current stock. We do not reserve products, arrange purchases or guarantee entry, inventory, prices, routes or store opening hours. Confirm important details with the store.

Automated systems help review content, interpret route requests and answer product-help questions. Their results may contain errors. You remain responsible for checking a route or proposed action before using it. External sign-in, app distribution and mapping services are also subject to their providers' terms.

Moderation and ending access

We may review or remove content and limit, suspend or end access for rule violations, abuse, security concerns or to operate the beta. False reports can reduce reputation or lead to restrictions. You can report content and use the dispute or appeal options provided in the app, or contact support@dropradar.io for review.

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account and request removal of associated data. Retained community and security records are described in the Privacy Policy.

The Founding Tester badge

Accepted testers who sign into the app with their approved Discord account receive the Founding Tester badge and their first three months free once subscriptions launch. The badge is a cosmetic recognition of beta participation, not a monetary asset or transferable entitlement. The beta itself is free.

Service limitations and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We may change or end beta features and will update these terms when needed, with a revised date and notice of material changes through the service where appropriate.

Send questions, complaints or notices about these terms to support@dropradar.io.
