Find and add card shows or game store events
Check event dates and sources, submit missing events, and see their review status.
Availability
Use the latest version of Drop Radar for Add an event, Review event and Show events. If these controls are missing, check for an update. Updates may become available at different times on iPhone and Android.
Find an event
Turn on Show events in map filters, or type an event’s name, venue or city in map search: Events finds verified events anywhere in the US. Calendar pins show events happening now or starting within the next 30 days. Tap one to see the venue, local date and time, source links, check-ins and comments. Ended and canceled events disappear from the map.
An event is separate from a store’s current stock reports. The presence of an event does not promise a particular product or admission availability. Confirm details with the organizer before traveling.
Add an event
- Use + → Add an event, or open ? → Chat and ask to add a card show or game store event.
- Share the event name, venue, full address, date and start/end time at the venue. Include relevant collectibles and an organizer, event or ticket link if you have one. A collectible Drop Radar doesn’t track is simply left off; it won’t stop the submission. Keep replying in the same chat as Help gathers any missing details.
- Tap Review event below the chat. Check the venue, dates, time zone and optional source link, then tap Submit for verification (Submit event on some older iPhone versions). Typing submit or publish in the chat doesn’t send it, and reviewing a draft doesn’t submit it.
- Don’t finish the conversation before submitting: Finish discards an unsubmitted event draft. The latest version asks before discarding it.
- Use the venue’s local start and end times. The time zone usually starts as the main zone for the venue’s state; check it and change it if the venue uses a different zone, such as western Texas or the Florida panhandle. Daylight saving time is handled for the event date. Older Android forms require a name such as America/New_York instead of Eastern Time; update the app for the simpler picker.
- Look for the submission confirmation. We check the details before adding a pin and notify you when the review is complete. One public listing from the organizer, a ticket page, the venue or a card show directory is usually enough, and the pin is placed at the venue’s street address. Some events need a closer review or cannot be confirmed. Follow the result under My submissions on iPhone or My events on Android.
Retry without duplicates
If delivery is not confirmed, use Retry submission in that conversation. The original details and submission identity are kept. If you need to submit another event, finish that conversation and start a new one. Closing or quitting the app does not cancel an event already submitted.
