Delete your account or ask about your data
Signing out and account deletion are different actions.
Sign out keeps the account
Settings → Sign out ends your app session. Your account and shared account content remain so you can sign back in. Removing the app from your phone is not an account-deletion request.
Account deletion
Open Settings, choose Delete account, and read the confirmation carefully. Deletion is permanent and signs you out; signing in again creates a new account. Deleting an account that was banned, suspended or limited doesn’t lift that. On an older iPhone version without this control, update the app or contact support@dropradar.io from the account you use and ask for account deletion.
Request data help
For a copy of your information or questions about data removal, contact support. Some informational Privacy rows in older builds do not yet open a self-service action. Do not send your sign-in password or authentication codes; support should not need those to explain the process.
Still need a hand? Open the ? on the map for in-app help, or contact support.
