Help & improvements
Report a bug and follow its progress
Describe what happened, optionally attach a screenshot, and track it in My reports.
Make the report reproducible
Open Settings → Report a bug. Choose where it happened, say what went wrong, and describe what you did, what happened, and what you expected. Include the affected store or feature and whether it repeats. A specific sequence is more useful than “it is broken.”
Review attachments
Drop Radar attaches a screenshot of the screen you were on before you opened the form. It may show your map area or other private details, so review it and use Replace or Remove before sending.
Open What we include to see the details sent with every bug report: app version, system, device model, language and region, network type, appearance, Battery Saver or Low Power Mode, the last few screens you opened, and references to recent requests that help trace an error. Your location, posts, comments, messages, contacts and photos are never included, other than the screenshot you keep.
Follow the result
After successful submission, open Settings → My bug reports to track your bug. The app can notify you when it is fixed. A bug report is different from a stock report, a feature suggestion, or a request to move a store pin.
If the app cannot open
Contact support with your device, app version if known, approximate failure time, and steps before the problem. Never include passwords or sign-in codes.
Still need a hand? Open the ? on the map for in-app help, or contact support.
