Find and report Pokémon vending machines

Machines have their own pins, reports, and watches, even when they are inside a store.

Show machines on the map

Enable Pokémon vending machines in the store picker. A machine is its own destination, usually inside a host retailer. Check its address and host-store label to find the right place.

Why a faint store icon appears

If machines are enabled but their host retailer is disabled, a transparent host-store icon can remain at the machine’s location for context. It tells you which building contains the machine; it does not mean all locations of that retailer are enabled.

Keep reports separate

Report machine stock on the machine listing and shelf stock on the host store listing. When you report near both, Machine or store? asks which you mean; a machine report uses machine wording and covers the machine’s stock only. Watch the machine itself if you want its drop alerts. A report at the store does not automatically describe the machine.

Missing, moved, or removed

Use Help center for a missing machine or misplaced pin and include the host store, full address, and any identifying detail. On the host store’s page, Add a Pokémon machine here starts that request with the store filled in. Use the machine’s Report an issue if it is no longer there.

A temporarily down machine is different from a removed one: choose In maintenance, and others see a notice for a few days. When it’s back, tap It’s working again on its page. A photo of the machine’s own sold-out screen can verify a report or an empty shelf check at that machine.
