A store or machine is missing from my map

A location can be excluded by your view even when it is in the directory.

1. Search for the store name or address. Check nearby results for a second location with a similar name.
2. Check Stores and Collectibles, then clear state restrictions if needed. For a machine, enable Pokémon vending machines.
3. Turn off My Stores, Community Suggested, Open now, and Only stores with a drop temporarily.
4. Open any likely match and read its street address. A machine inside a store may have its own separate listing.

In map search, tap Missing a store? Tell us, or tap ? on the map, open Chat, and choose the location-report option. Say whether the place is missing or its pin is wrong. Give the store name and full address; a public store page or map link is useful. Help center guides you through checking and submitting the details.

If a visible location vanishes while you move around with the same filters, include the retailer, address, active filters, and a screenshot in a bug report. Do not submit repeated new-store requests for a location that already exists.
