Stores & community knowledge

Use a store page

Check the address, report a drop, save the location, and explore community information.

Check the identity first

Tap a store pin and read its name and address. This matters in malls and shopping centers, where several stores can be close together. A vending machine listing and its host store are separate destinations.

Useful actions

Report a drop here starts a report for this store. Empty shelves sends an empty shelf check when you looked and found nothing. Save it to My Stores for quick access and store alerts; the page shows how many members are watching. Add to Nav includes it in a route. Directions opens your maps app, and Call phones the store when a number is listed.

These actions work wherever you open a store page, including from Nav and from another store’s page.

Read the evidence

Chips at the top show whether the store is open and whether a drop is live. Happening now and Recent activity describe current drops and recent reports, and a prediction can suggest when a restock is likely. Details lists the address, phone and the collectibles the store usually carries; a collectible members say the store doesn’t sell is left out. Community confirmation describes whether collectors know the location and what it carries. Restock schedule and Where to look provide different kinds of advice; neither is current stock proof.

Shelf checks show when members last found each collectible’s shelves empty, in the store’s local time, so you can time your own visit. Verified ones were confirmed by a photo; the rest are unconfirmed tips. They’re anonymous and aren’t current stock.

The store page refreshes when you come back to it.

Heads ups and machine notices

A Heads up card (Possible drop) means a member saw a line forming or heard a vendor is expected. It’s not stock: read how long ago it was sent and how many people see it too. Use It’s happening, I see it too or False alarm to help others. To send one yourself, tap Heads up on the store page.

On a Pokémon vending machine, Reported in maintenance means members said it was down recently. If it’s working when you get there, tap It’s working again.

Something is inaccurate

Use Report an issue with this store at the bottom of the store page: it doesn’t sell a collectible, it isn’t a store, it’s closed, it has the wrong name, or its map pin or location is wrong. On a store with a Pokémon machine that isn’t on the map, choose Add a Pokémon machine here. See Report incorrect store information for what each choice does.
