Report incorrect store information
Choose the right way to flag a listing problem or request a verified location correction.
Choose the right issue
Open the store page and tap Report an issue with this store (or with this machine) at the bottom. Choose what’s wrong:
Doesn’t sell…: pick the collectible this store doesn’t carry. Not a store: online only, a home address, or not a shop at all. It’s closed, Wrong name (tell us the right one), or the map pin or address is wrong (Help center guides you through a location correction). On a Pokémon vending machine: In maintenance, It’s working again, or the machine is gone. On a store hosting a machine that isn’t on the map: Add a Pokémon machine here, which opens Help with the store filled in.
What happens after you send
The sheet tells you what happened. Your report is counted with other members’ reports: when enough people agree that a store doesn’t sell a collectible, it comes off Usually carries and that collectible’s map filter, and a listing that isn’t a store is hidden while our team takes a look. A real drop of that collectible later brings it back. A wrong name is checked by our team before the map changes.
A machine reported in maintenance shows a notice on its page for a few days, unless someone says it’s working again. If you’re at the machine, your location helps your report count; it’s never stored or shown.
Your reports show You reported this with Undo on the store page and in the sheet. Undo takes yours back.
Include enough to locate it
A full street address, city and ZIP, public store link, or details about the mall entrance can help distinguish neighboring businesses. If two listings look like the same place, include both names and addresses so they can be checked without losing the right location.
Missing store or pin correction
The Help center location flow gathers the details and tracks your submitted request in My locations. Review the selected store and address, tap Submit location, and wait for confirmation. You receive an update when its outcome is available. A successful submission does not mean the map has already changed.
A store issue sent from an older version is not automatically a Help location request. If you need a pin correction and do not see a request in My locations, start one in Help center and mention the earlier report. If it is already in My locations, follow that request rather than submitting it again.
