Review your report result or dispute it
Find your stock-report history, understand pending and resolved outcomes, and challenge an incorrect result.
Find the right My reports
On iPhone, open Profile and scroll to My reports below your reputation and badges. Tap a report, or See all for your full history. On Android, tap My reports in Profile. This is your report history, separate from My bug reports in Settings.
Tap a report for its details: what the result means, its photo result, any points, whether it counted as a tip or in-store, and whether you sent it anonymously. From there you can Edit or Withdraw it while that window is open, use Dispute this result when it’s eligible, or open the drop (View drop) or the store (View store).
Each report also shows what you reported: the drop, whether it was happening, stock, the line, limits, whether a vendor was there, each product (with its picture when it’s in the catalog) and your note, which others see on the drop once it’s reviewed. This view of your report is just for you. Empty shelf checks show the collectibles you checked instead.
Your heads ups from the last 30 days have their own Your heads ups section (the latest three on Profile, all of them in My reports), marked Open, Was right, False alarm, Expired or Withdrawn.
Sort and filter
My reports lists your newest reports first. Use the chips to show only Pending, Confirmed, Not confirmed, Photo verified, Shelf checks, Contradicted or Withdrawn, the collectible menu to show one collectible, and the order menu to switch to oldest first. On iPhone the filters sit right in the My reports section of Profile, so you don't need See all to use them. Your filters stay set on your account, on every device, until you change them or tap Clear filters. These options need the latest app version.
Pending, corroborated, or partially supported
Pending means the result is not settled yet; sending a report does not immediately resolve it. Confirmed (corroborated) means the observation gained supporting evidence. Partly confirmed means some details were supported and others were not. Your accepted report receipt and later reputation outcome answer different questions.
Unverifiable or contradicted
Unverifiable means there was not enough timely evidence to resolve the report. An in-store report still earns a small amount for showing up, once per store each day and up to a daily limit; an unverifiable tip doesn’t change your score. It is not an accusation of dishonesty. Contradicted means other evidence disagreed; read the explanation before deciding whether to dispute it.
Flagged as false means the report was strongly contradicted. Open its explanation and use Dispute this result within seven days if you believe the outcome is wrong.
Dispute an incorrect result
Use Dispute this result on an eligible report within seven days. Explain what you observed and why the result is wrong. Submit once and follow its status; another copy of the same dispute does not speed up review. If the review agrees with you, points the report lost are restored, and a result that already earned points keeps them.
A mistake you just sent
Editing or withdrawing a new report is available for five minutes after it was created. Use the countdown and controls while they are available. A wrong-store report should be withdrawn and replaced with a new report for the correct destination.
