Set notification categories, quiet hours, and Time Sensitive alerts

Open Settings → Notifications in Drop Radar. If phone alerts aren’t allowed yet, the page offers to turn them on; if they’re off in your phone’s settings, use Open Settings to reach the system page. On Android, Settings → Notifications → Drop Radar → Additional settings in the app opens these settings directly. Device Focus, Do Not Disturb, silent settings, and Android notification channels can also affect delivery.

Use the switches for drop/watch updates, social activity, and account or update notifications. Alert rules shows how many rules you have; tap it to manage them. Empty shelf checks is off unless you turn it on; it tells you when someone’s photo shows empty shelves at one of My Stores. When a drop winds down or ends is off unless you turn it on too; it covers stores and products you watch and drops an alert already told you about. Account notifications include badges, tier changes, location request results and photo check results. The cards above the settings are explicitly labeled Example notification; they are previews, not live drops.

Set quiet hours with the start and end time pickers for when you do not want routine pushes. Let Time Sensitive drops through lets alerts you marked Time Sensitive still buzz during quiet hours, and Use this phone’s time zone sets quiet hours to the time zone your phone is in. Time Sensitive delivery is opt-in and only applies to rules or watches marked for it. On iOS it also depends on your system and Focus permissions; it is not a guarantee that every device setting will be bypassed.

Use the test-notification action to check the delivery path; the result explains what happened. If nothing arrives, inspect device permission, the relevant notification switch, quiet hours, and system sound settings. App interaction sounds and push delivery are related controls but are not interchangeable.
