Read, clear, and filter your inbox

Opening Alerts marks everything as read and clears Drop Radar’s notifications from your phone, so the badge resets; Heading there and Nav trip notifications stay. Items that were new keep their highlight until you leave Alerts, and anything arriving while you’re there counts as read. Tap an inbox item to open its destination. The inbox is grouped into Today, Yesterday, This week and Earlier. Use the category chips, such as Drops, Social, Account and Updates, and the available My Stores filter to narrow the list. Mark as read changes the unread state; it does not delete the underlying drop or post.

Swipe an alert right to mark it read or left to clear it. Touch and hold it for more: Mark as read, Pause the rule that sent it, Stop watching, Clear, and Why did I get this alert?. Clear All removes inbox entries through the confirmation shown. These actions tidy your inbox; they do not delete stores, reports, or the rules that created future alerts.

Expand a notification for its buttons. Drop alerts offer Heading there and Mark as read; an alert from one of your rules adds Pause this alert, and a watch alert adds Stop watching. Social notifications offer View and Mark as read, account notifications offer Mark as read, and update announcements offer See what’s new. Nav’s closing-time alert offers Remove it and Keep.

Alerts about the same drop are grouped together, drop alerts show their collectible’s icon and colour, and opening an alert marks it read. A social alert from several people, such as likes on your post, shows the two most recent people’s avatars. Reading an alert anywhere in Drop Radar, including on another phone, also clears it from your notifications. Some of these need the latest app version.

Use Why did I get this alert? to adjust the relevant rule or watch. Clearing repeatedly only hides past entries; it does not change what arrives next.
