Sign in, sign out, and use another device
Keep your account content together and understand beta access.
Choose the right sign-in
Use Apple or Discord. If you linked both methods, either can reach the same Drop Radar account. Seeing a new profile unexpectedly often means you used a method that is not linked to the original account.
Switching devices
Reports, social content, watches, binders, routes, and unlocks belong to your account. Sign into that account on a supported device. Allow notifications, camera, and location separately on each device when needed. During the beta, the account card in Settings shows Full access during the beta.
Beta application availability
Check dropradar.io/beta for application availability. When applications are closed, new applications, edits and reapplications are unavailable on both platforms. Existing applicants can still use dropradar.io/beta/status, and accepted testers keep their installation links and beta access.
While applications are open, apply with your Discord account. You need to be 18 or older, in the United States, and a member of The Poke Gang Discord. Complete the phone check on an iPhone with iOS 26 or newer, or an Android device with Android 8 or newer. If you start on a computer, scan the QR code with your phone to continue.
Android applicants also provide the email for the Google account they use in the Play Store. This can be different from the email used for other sign-ins. Double-check it before submitting.
Install after acceptance
For iPhone, follow your TestFlight invitation to install TestFlight and Drop Radar. For Android, acceptance and Google Play access are separate steps. If your application says access is being prepared, wait for the install link on your status page or in your Discord DM.
When your Android link is ready, open it with the Google account you provided, choose Become a tester, then install Drop Radar from Google Play. Use that same Google account in the Play Store. Sign into Drop Radar with the Discord account you applied with to receive your tester badge.
If the install link does not work
If your Android status says access is queued, being set up, or retrying, you do not need to apply again. Your install link will appear when access is ready. If it says access needs attention, contact support@dropradar.io for help.
Check your application status at dropradar.io/beta/status. An accepted Android application can still be awaiting Google Play access. If access is ready but Google says the app is unavailable, check which Google account is selected in both the browser and Play Store. Contact support if the email on your accepted application needs correcting.
An invitation for one platform does not install the other platform’s build. If you already have a Drop Radar account using Apple sign-in, link Discord from that existing account before using Discord on another device. This keeps your profile and contributions together.
Sign out
Use Settings → Sign out and confirm. Signing out does not delete the account. It also clears your recent searches and recent Nav stores from this phone and ends any Heading there you started on it. Your reports, routes, trip history and other account content are there again when you sign back in.
If you want account deletion or data help, use Settings → Delete account or contact support.
Still need a hand? Open the ? on the map for in-app help, or contact support.
