Plan a route with Nav

Tap the floating Nav companion or choose Plan a route from +. You can also tap Add to Nav on a store page. Drag the companion to a convenient position when it is in your way. The first time you open Nav, Meet Nav introduces your route companion and lets you pick its form; you can change it later in Style studio.

Use a concrete request, such as “Plan a route to the five closest Targets.” Include a starting area, retailer, or number of stops if it matters. Nav proposes a route for you to review; a proposal does not start navigation on its own.

Tap the microphone to dictate your route request and watch the text appear. Tap the microphone again to stop. You can edit the words before submitting. On iPhone, tap Plan it when ready; on Android, tap Build with Nav. Stopping dictation or pausing your speech never submits the request for you.

Your phone’s speech service may stop listening on its own or be unavailable. The transcribed text stays in the field so you can edit it, start dictating again, or type. Microphone and speech permissions are needed only for dictation; typing still works.

Tap Add stops to search stores, retailers or cities, or pick from Recent, Watching and Nearby. Drag a stop, or touch and hold it, to reorder the route; its menu can open the store page or remove it from the route. Undo reverses your last change. A route can contain up to 12 stops.

AI route planning has a daily allowance of 10 requests. Nav shows how many are left and when they reset; manual planning remains available when that allowance is used. Suggestion chips offer ideas to start from, such as Card shops near me.

Use Help center for questions about the app or location corrections. A route to a store is not a promise of stock. Review each destination and current report information before leaving.
