Mute, block, or report content

Choose the control that fits what you need to change.

Mute

Use Mute from a person’s profile or available post menu when you want to see less from that account. It is a personal content preference, not a public complaint.

Anonymous store tips, such as restock schedules and Where to look, and store confirmation counts stay the same after a mute or block, so they never reveal who wrote them. Use Report on a tip that’s wrong or abusive.

Block

Use Block when you want to restrict interaction with an account. Read the confirmation before applying it. Blocking an account is separate from hiding a store, a collectible, or a notification category.

Report

Choose Report on the specific post, comment, profile, or community tip that needs attention. Select an appropriate reason and include concise context. Do not add another person’s private information unnecessarily.

Manage your choices

Where available, Settings includes blocked and muted account lists so you can reverse a choice. If your app version does not expose the control you need, contact support. Removing a mute or block does not recreate deleted content.

Comments are checked before appearing

Comments, public posts and public report notes are checked before other members can see new text. Checking means it is still waiting; it does not mean everyone can already see it. If the check is delayed, give it time instead of posting duplicates. Hateful, racist, homophobic or harassing content is not allowed.

Your private restock-schedule note remains private. A public Where to look tip is checked separately.
