Delete your account and data

Updated October 19, 2026

Request deletion from Warsong Studios

You can permanently delete your Drop Radar account and its associated personal data from the app, or contact us without reinstalling it. Uninstalling the app or leaving a Google Play test does not delete your Drop Radar account.

In the app

  1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings and choose Delete account.
  3. Read the confirmation and choose Delete account to confirm.

Deletion signs you out and cannot be undone. Signing in again creates a new account, unless the deleted account was banned, suspended or limited: deleting it doesn't lift that.

Without the app

Email an account and data deletion request to support@dropradar.io with the subject “Drop Radar account and data deletion.” Include your Drop Radar handle and whether you signed in with Apple or Discord. If relevant, include your Discord username so we can locate the right account.

We will use your request details to locate the account and verify ownership before deleting it. We may reply with a verification step. Do not send your password, sign-in codes or identity documents. You can send the email from your own mail app if the link does not open one.

To delete a beta application or remove a Google Play tester email as well, say so in the request and include the email used for Google Play. You may request deletion of a beta application even if you never created an app account. In-app account deletion also deletes a beta application linked to the account or its Discord sign-in and removes that application's Google Play tester email.

Delete specific data without closing your account

Email a specific data deletion request to support@dropradar.io with the subject “Drop Radar data deletion.” Include your Drop Radar handle and describe the data you want removed. We will verify ownership and explain any records we need to retain before handling your request. Your account stays open unless you explicitly ask us to delete it. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

What is removed

We remove sign-in identities, scrub your profile and revoke app sessions. Associated posts, comments, binders, follows, preferences (including saved My reports filters), saved routes, trip history, help conversations, bug reports, linked beta applications, giveaway entries (and the future-giveaways list) and subscription records are removed, along with product names you typed into reports and the notes and pinned locations on store issue reports. Your uploaded media is marked for deletion and its stored files are removed by scheduled cleanup. Storage failures are retried.

What may remain

Reports and some community contributions, including suggestions, may remain with the author removed or represented by a deleted-user record. Report and empty shelf check coordinates and private report notes are scrubbed during account deletion, and verification photo results keep only their outcome codes. Open heads ups are withdrawn and their notes and locations removed; “I see it too” and “False alarm” votes remain only as anonymous counts. Security, audit and moderation records may remain to protect the service and preserve decision history; they do not have a fixed automatic expiry. Tell us if a retained contribution contains personal information you want reviewed for removal.

If the account was banned, suspended or limited, we keep a one-way fingerprint of each sign-in identity, with no other account data, so that deleting the account doesn't lift the restriction. A suspension's or limit's record ends when it would have.

Verification photos normally expire after 7 days and private bug screenshots after 90 days, with removal by scheduled cleanup; account deletion also marks your uploads for removal. We cannot delete copies of public content other people already saved, or accounts you hold directly with Apple, Discord or Google. See the Privacy Policy for more about retention and data use.
