Report multiple collectibles and specific products

Select everything you checked, then keep the details accurate for each collectible.

One visit, several collectibles

Select multiple collectibles in the report composer. Each collectible gets its own card with what’s happening, stock, purchase limit and products, and a short summary such as Running low · Limit 2 · 2 items, so you can see what’s filled in for each. One card is open at a time.

Line, vendor, photo and notes are asked once under For this visit and apply to every collectible you send. Everything is sent together as one visit, but a product or photo for one collectible does not automatically verify the others.

Be specific when you can

Use the one-tap suggestions (Same as last time here, At this drop now, You reported recently) or product search for a recognizable set, box, pack, or item. When there’s no catalog match, tap Add with what you typed in the item picker. Record the available amount or sold-out state only if you checked it. A price is a store observation, not an offer to sell; on Android, Add price on a product records it, and it’s optional.

Unknown is better than invented

Do not copy yesterday’s counts or guess a limit from another store. If you only checked a few items, report those items. Remove anything from Same as last time here that you don’t see now, and change anything Start from what’s showing filled in that’s different today. Only describe a whole collectible section as sold out when you actually checked the whole section.

Photo scope

With several collectibles, choose which one the photo verifies before you take it; the form shows it, such as Verifies only Pokémon. Check that label before sending. A batch of several collectibles does not turn one photo into proof for every category.

Can I send with nothing selected?

No. Select at least one collectible before submitting. A new report starts with nothing selected unless the form preselects one and tells you why (the drop you opened, your last report at this store, or Pokémon on a machine). Select only the products or sections you actually checked; empty fields mean you do not know, not zero stock.
