Understand owned items, locked items, and progress

Yours is your available collection. Unlocks shows items you can explore and their current guidance or progress. Owning an item and equipping it are separate; a newly unlocked item does not have to replace your saved look.

Different items can recognize contributions, reputation, badges, streaks, photos, community confirmations, shipped suggestions, or special events and account benefits. Read the requirement shown on the item instead of assuming all items use the same milestone.

Profile banners are earned, never bought. Recent additions: Pack Burst for your first report; Double Ping for backing up someone’s sighting and Signal Relay for backing up 25; Aperture for 5 verified photos and Prism for 50; Picked Clean for 3 verified empty shelf checks and Restock Clock for 15; Seven Sunrises for a 7-day streak and Full Cycle for a 30-day streak; Endcap for 25 reports and Lighthouse for 100 confirmed reports; Night Route for reaching Tracker and Gem Mint Gallery for reaching Verified; and Pumpkin Patch and Harvest Moon during the Haunted Restock season. Some of them move.

Verified empty shelf checks count once per store each day. Checks without a photo, or whose photo couldn’t confirm the empty shelf, don’t count.

When you unlock something, a New unlock! pack appears: tap to tear it open, and a card flips to show what you earned. Try it on previews it in Style studio without equipping it. You can also find it in the studio later. Preview it, review the changes, and save to equip. Locked previews are there to help you choose what to work toward, not to promise that every item is currently obtainable.

In the updated studio, opening a new item or trying its avatar part clears that item’s NEW label. Opening the studio or a category does not clear everything. Viewed items stay in Yours, and viewing an item never equips it automatically.
